LM-108 is a humanized monoclonal antibody developed by LaNova Medicines that targets C-C chemokine receptor type 8 (CCR8). CCR8 is a G protein-coupled receptor highly expressed on tumor-infiltrating regulatory T cells (Tregs) in various cancers. LM-108 selectively depletes these tumor-infiltrating Tregs through antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC), enhancing anti-tumor immune responses without affecting peripheral regulatory T cells. It is administered intravenously and is being investigated as monotherapy and in combination with PD-1 inhibitors for advanced solid tumors, triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), pancreatic cancer, and gastric cancer resistant to anti-PD-1 therapy. LM-108 has received Orphan Drug Designation from the FDA for pancreatic cancer and Fast Track Designation for NSCLC.
