Overview

LM-168 is an investigational monoclonal antibody developed by LaNova Medicines targeting cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated antigen 4 (CTLA4). It functions as a CTLA4 inhibitor, aiming to enhance anti-tumor immune responses by blocking the inhibitory signals mediated through CTLA4 on T cells. LM-168 is currently being evaluated in Phase 1/2 clinical trials as both a single agent and in combination with toripalimab (a PD-1 inhibitor) for the treatment of advanced malignant solid neoplasms. The primary objectives of these studies are to assess safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary anti-tumor activity[2][3][10].
