Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**LM-168 + toripalimab** is an investigational co-administration regimen being evaluated by LaNova Medicines in patients with advanced solid tumours. LM-168 is an ANP-conditional anti-CTLA-4 monoclonal antibody engineered to preferentially bind and inhibit CTLA-4 in the ATP, ADP, and AMP-rich tumour microenvironment, with the aim of reducing peripheral on-target toxicity. Toripalimab is a humanized anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody that prevents PD-1 interaction with PD-L1 and PD-L2. Dual CTLA-4 and PD-1 checkpoint blockade is intended to enhance antitumour T-cell activation through complementary immune-checkpoint mechanisms. The regimen is being studied in the Phase I/II trial NCT06868199 for advanced solid tumours.
