Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**LM-LLO-TT** is an investigational, attenuated *Listeria monocytogenes*-based cancer immunotherapy developed by Matter Bio. The engineered live bacterial vector delivers a tetanus-toxoid recall antigen into the tumor microenvironment, aiming to recruit and reactivate pre-existing tetanus-specific memory T-cell responses against tumor-containing tissue. Listeriolysin O supports intracellular bacterial-vector activity and antigen delivery. The lead program is being advanced for metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, with additional preclinical and IND-enabling programs in refractory ovarian cancer and glioblastoma.
