Drug intelligence / Profile preview
LM103 is an autologous tumor infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) therapy derived from each patient's resected tumor tissue and expanded ex vivo before reinfusion. It works through immunologic cytotoxicity and T lymphocyte replacement mechanisms. The treatment regimen typically includes lymphodepletion with fludarabine and cyclophosphamide prior to TIL infusion, followed by IL-2 therapy, and in some protocols, combination with PD-1 inhibitors.
