Drug intelligence / Profile preview
LM103-Next is a next-generation tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) therapy developed by Suzhou Lanma Medical Technology Co. Ltd. (also known as Suzhou BlueHorse). It represents an optimized manufacturing iteration of the company's lead TIL candidate, LM103, designed to enhance the quality, potency, and production efficiency of autologous lymphocytes harvested from solid tumors. The therapy involves the ex vivo expansion of tumor-resident T cells, which are then re-infused into the patient to recognize and eliminate cancer cells. LM103-Next is currently in the IND-enabling and investigator-initiated trial (IIT) stages for the treatment of various advanced solid tumors.
