LMN-101

LMN-101 is an investigational, orally administered biologic developed by Lumen Bioscience for prevention of *Campylobacter jejuni* enteric disease and associated traveler’s diarrhea. The product consists of spray-dried, genetically engineered *Arthrospira platensis* biomass containing a VHH-derived single-domain antibody binding protein that binds and inhibits *C. jejuni* FlaA flagellin, thereby neutralizing a bacterial motility and virulence factor in the gastrointestinal tract. LMN-101 completed Phase 1 safety testing and a Phase 2 controlled human challenge study in healthy volunteers.
