Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**LMN-201** is an investigational oral, enteric-capsule biologic cocktail developed by Lumen Bioscience for treatment of *Clostridioides difficile* infection and prevention of recurrent infection. The fixed combination comprises three toxin B-binding single-domain antibody-derived proteins and a phage-derived endolysin, produced in separate engineered *Arthrospira platensis* spirulina strains and administered as dried non-viable biomass. The antibody components bind distinct epitopes of *C. difficile* toxin B to neutralize its host-cell toxicity, while the endolysin degrades the bacterial cell wall to lyse the pathogen locally in the gastrointestinal tract. LMN-201 is being evaluated alongside and after standard-of-care anti-*C. difficile* antibiotics in the Phase 2/3 RePreve trial. ([db.antibodysociety.org](https://db.antibodysociety.org/db0/937/))
