Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**LMN-301** is an investigational, spirulina-produced cocktail of SARS-CoV-2-neutralizing antibody-like proteins developed by Lumen Bioscience. The product is designed to bind the SARS-CoV-2 spike glycoprotein and block viral entry into ACE2-expressing cells. It was initially developed as an orally delivered intraluminal therapy for gastrointestinal manifestations of COVID-19 and was subsequently reformulated for intranasal administration for respiratory-tract prophylaxis or treatment. A completed Phase 1 study evaluated intranasal LMN-301 in healthy volunteers.
