LMP02

LMP02 is a proprietary oral delivery platform developed by Curatio Therapeutics, currently in the preclinical stage of development. The technology utilizes precision cellular engineering to facilitate the transport of large-molecule biologics—including mRNA, DNA, proteins, and biosimilars—across the gastrointestinal (GI) tract. By overcoming the biological barriers that typically prevent the oral administration of biologics, LMP02 aims to replace traditional injections and infusions with oral formulations. Preliminary preclinical results have demonstrated the platform's potential to deliver a diverse range of therapeutic modalities effectively.
