Drug intelligence / Profile preview
LMY-252 is a preclinical-stage, allogeneic dual-targeting CAR-T cell therapy being developed by Luminary Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors. The therapy utilizes a proprietary 'Split Co-Stim' dual CAR architecture, which targets both chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan 4 (CSPG4) and CD70. This design is intended to enhance tumor specificity and overcome resistance mechanisms such as antigen escape and the immunosuppressive solid tumor microenvironment. LMY-252 is manufactured using Luminary's Gamma 2.0+ platform, which employs gamma delta T cells and non-viral gene modification to create an 'off-the-shelf' product.
