Drug intelligence / Profile preview
LMY-272 is an autologous CAR-T cell therapy being developed by Luminary Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors. It utilizes a proprietary 'Split Co-Stim Dual CAR' platform, which is engineered to target two distinct antigens: Chondroitin Sulfate Proteoglycan 4 (CSPG4) and CD70. This dual-targeting approach is designed to enhance tumor specificity and overcome antigen escape, while the split co-stimulatory signaling architecture aims to improve T-cell persistence and reduce exhaustion within the immunosuppressive solid tumor microenvironment. The therapy is currently in preclinical development.
