Drug intelligence / Profile preview
LMY-921 is an allogeneic, universal CAR-T cell therapy under development by Luminary Therapeutics for the treatment of B-cell malignancies. It is designed as a "Gamma 2.0+" CAR-T product that targets three key antigens associated with B-cell cancers: B-cell activating factor receptor (BAFF-R), B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA), and Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 13B (TACI). The mechanism of action involves inhibition or modulation of these targets to eliminate malignant B cells. As of April 2025, LMY-921 remains in preclinical development and has not yet entered clinical trials[1][2][3][5].
