Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**LN-145 + durvalumab** is an experimental combination of two immunotherapies for advanced cancers, especially non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). LN-145 is an autologous tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) therapy manufactured from a patient's tumor tissue, expanded ex vivo, and infused back following a preparative lymphodepletion regimen. Durvalumab is a human IgG1κ monoclonal antibody targeting programmed death ligand 1 (PD-L1), blocking its interaction with PD-1 and CD80 to prevent tumor-mediated immune suppression. The combination aims to enhance antitumor immune responses: LN-145 provides immune effector cells, while durvalumab relieves immune checkpoint inhibition.
