Locked Nucleic Acid anti-miR-19b-3p (LNA-anti-miR-19b-3p) is a synthetic antisense oligonucleotide designed to specifically inhibit the microRNA miR-19b-3p. It incorporates Locked Nucleic Acid (LNA) modifications, which enhance binding affinity and nuclease resistance, thereby improving the in vivo stability and efficacy of the inhibitor.
