Overview

LNC1011 is a radiopharmaceutical ligand designed to target Prostate-Specific Membrane Antigen (PSMA), which is highly expressed in prostate cancer cells. Developed by researchers at The Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University, LNC1011 serves as a targeting vector for radionuclide therapy. It can be chelated with various radioisotopes, most notably Lutetium-177 (177Lu) for beta-particle therapy and Actinium-225 (225Ac) for alpha-particle therapy. The agent is currently being evaluated in exploratory clinical trials (Phase 0) to assess its safety, biodistribution, and radiation dosimetry in patients with PSMA-positive prostate cancer, aiming to provide a more effective and targeted treatment option for metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC).
