LNDL

**LNDL** is an investigational oral four-drug *Helicobacter pylori* eradication regimen consisting of **levofloxacin, nitazoxanide, doxycycline, and lansoprazole**. Levofloxacin inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, doxycycline inhibits bacterial protein synthesis through the 30S ribosomal subunit, nitazoxanide disrupts anaerobic microbial energy metabolism, and lansoprazole suppresses gastric acid secretion by irreversibly inhibiting the gastric proton pump. The regimen was evaluated by the National Liver Institute in Egypt in the Phase 4 NILE study as a first-line and rescue treatment approach for *H. pylori* infection.
