Drug intelligence / Profile preview
LNF-2007 is an anti-CLDN18.2/CD3 bispecific antibody designed to redirect CD3-positive effector T cells to tumor sites expressing Claudin 18.2 (CLDN18.2), a tight-junction protein highly expressed in certain gastrointestinal cancers, particularly gastric and pancreatic cancers[1][2]. By engaging both CLDN18.2 on tumor cells and CD3 on T cells, LNF-2007 facilitates targeted immune-mediated cytotoxicity against cancer cells[1][2]. The drug was initially developed by Lunan Pharmaceutical Group and is being investigated primarily for the treatment of solid tumors with high CLDN18.2 expression, such as gastric cancer and pancreatic cancer[1][2].
