Overview
LNF1901 is a humanized, agonistic monoclonal antibody that targets the B-cell surface antigen CD40. By binding to CD40 on various immune cell types, it exerts immunostimulatory and antineoplastic (anti-cancer) activities. The drug is being developed for the treatment of advanced malignant tumors and is currently in Phase 1 clinical trials. Its mechanism involves activating CD40 signaling pathways, which can enhance immune responses against cancer cells. LNF1901 was initially developed by Lunan Pharmaceutical Group and is sponsored in clinical studies by Shandong New Time Pharmaceutical[1][2][5].
