Drug intelligence / Profile preview
LNK-007 is an investigational small-molecule RAS pathway modulator that was initially developed by Lynk Pharmaceuticals for oncology indications. Publicly available pipeline data categorize it under “RAS modulators,” implying that it was designed to interfere with aberrant RAS signaling, a key driver of tumor cell proliferation and survival in multiple solid tumors and hematologic malignancies, although its precise target, binding mode, and pharmacology have not been disclosed.[7] Development of LNK-007 has been discontinued and no active clinical trials or approved indications are currently reported.[7]
