Overview

**LNK001** is a logic-gated CAR-T cell therapy developed by Link Cell Therapies for renal cell carcinoma (RCC). It targets two antigens uniquely and highly co-expressed in most RCC tumors, designed to enable tumor-specific efficacy while avoiding on-target, off-tumor toxicity that has limited prior experimental therapies.
