Drug intelligence / Profile preview
LNK009 is an oral, preclinical-stage proteolysis-targeting chimera (PROTAC) designed to selectively degrade signal transducer and activator of transcription 6 (STAT6). Developed by Lynk Pharmaceuticals using its proprietary IsoNova protein degradation platform, LNK009 is being investigated for the treatment of autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, including asthma, atopic dermatitis, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), and psoriasis. By targeting STAT6 for degradation, LNK009 aims to inhibit the IL-4/IL-13 signaling pathway, which plays a key role in type 2 helper T cell (Th2)-mediated allergic inflammation.
