LNK01007 is an oral, systemic small molecule inhibitor targeting the pseudokinase (JH2) domain of non-receptor tyrosine-protein kinase TYK2. Developed by Lynk Pharmaceuticals, LNK01007 is designed to allosterically inhibit TYK2, thereby blocking downstream JAK-STAT signaling pathways involved in autoimmune and inflammatory responses. The drug is currently in preclinical development for the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).
