Drug intelligence / Profile preview
LNK011 is an oral, small molecule molecular glue degrader (MGD) developed by Lynk Pharmaceuticals. It is designed to target and induce the degradation of Vav guanine nucleotide exchange factor 1 (VAV1), a key signaling protein downstream of T-cell and B-cell receptors that is highly expressed in hematopoietic cells. By promoting the CRBN-dependent degradation of VAV1, LNK011 aims to suppress aberrant immune cell activation and reduce the production of inflammatory cytokines. The drug is currently in preclinical development for the treatment of autoimmune and inflammatory disorders, including systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and rheumatoid arthritis (RA).
