Drug intelligence / Profile preview
LNO-A02 is a preclinical-stage antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by Linno Pharmaceuticals (also known as Lingnuo Pharmaceuticals) for the treatment of hematological malignancies, specifically B-cell malignancies. It consists of a monoclonal antibody targeting CD22 conjugated to a cytotoxic payload. CD22 is a cell surface glycoprotein primarily expressed on B-cells and is a validated target in B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) and acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). The ADC is designed to deliver the cytotoxic agent directly to CD22-expressing malignant cells, minimizing systemic toxicity.
