Drug intelligence / Profile preview
LNO-L01 is a lipid nanoparticle (LNP)-encapsulated therapeutic candidate developed by Linno Pharmaceuticals (also known as Lingnuo Pharmaceuticals). It is currently in the IND-enabling phase of development for the treatment of genetic diseases. The asset utilizes Linno's proprietary LNP delivery platform, which is designed to deliver nucleic acid payloads (such as mRNA or siRNA) to target tissues to address the underlying causes of rare genetic disorders. As the lead program in Linno's pipeline, LNO-L01 represents the company's primary effort in applying its delivery technology toward rare disease indications.
