LNO-M01

LNO-M01 is an investigational mRNA-based therapeutic developed by Linno Pharmaceuticals (Lingnuo Pharmaceuticals) for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. It utilizes a platform that delivers mRNA encoding a monoclonal antibody directly into the patient's body, allowing host cells to produce the therapeutic protein. Specifically, LNO-M01 encodes an antibody targeting **Cytotoxic T-Lymphocyte-Associated Protein 4 (CTLA-4)**, a well-established immune checkpoint. By inhibiting CTLA-4, the drug aims to enhance the anti-tumor immune response. This approach potentially offers advantages over traditional recombinant protein antibodies, such as simplified manufacturing and altered pharmacokinetics. LNO-M01 is currently undergoing Phase 1 clinical evaluation in both the United States and Australia for patients with various solid tumors.
