Overview

LNP-LANFA is a next-generation drug delivery platform developed by A Biotech Co., Limited (ABio), a subsidiary of CDW Holding, in partnership with Neoregen Biotech Co., Ltd. The technology integrates lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) with LANFA technology to facilitate the targeted delivery of nucleic acid therapeutics and mRNA vaccines. Preclinical murine studies have demonstrated that the platform preferentially targets the spleen while exhibiting low immunogenicity and reduced hepatotoxicity compared to conventional delivery systems. The LANFA component also serves as a water-solubilization platform and a potential alternative to polyethylene glycol (PEG), aimed at improving the safety and efficacy profile of encapsulated genetic payloads.
