Overview

LNR 125.36 is described as a fully humanized anti-IL-25 monoclonal antibody developed for the treatment of Type 2 Inflammatory diseases, including moderate to severe asthma, chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps, eosinophilic esophagitis and gastritis, chronic urticaria, and atopic dermatitis. Its mechanism involves inhibition of the cytokine IL-25, thereby reducing the activity of downstream allergic and antiviral cytokines associated with Type 2 inflammation. The drug is intended to significantly reduce Type 2 cytokines and inflammatory cells, targeting conditions driven by allergic and non-allergic inflammatory responses[1].
