LNTH-2403

**LNTH-2403** is a preclinical, first-in-class radiotherapeutic consisting of a highly specific monoclonal antibody targeting leucine-rich repeat-containing protein 15 (LRRC15), conjugated to the radioisotope terbium-161. It is being developed by Lantheus for the treatment of solid tumors, with particular emphasis on osteosarcoma. LNTH-2403 has received Orphan Drug and Rare Pediatric Disease designations from the U.S. FDA for osteosarcoma. As a radiopharmaceutical, LNTH-2403 is designed to selectively deliver targeted radiation to LRRC15-expressing tumor cells, potentially improving outcomes in hard-to-treat cancers[1][5][3][8].
