LNTH-2404 is a preclinical-stage, targeted radiotherapeutic based on a nanobody platform. It is designed to deliver alpha-emitting ionizing radiation (actinium-225 radionuclide) selectively to tumor cells that overexpress Trophoblast cell surface antigen 2 (TROP2), a clinically validated cancer antigen prevalent in many solid tumors. LNTH-2404 is being developed for the treatment of TROP2-expressing solid tumors and is currently not approved for any indication. The product originated from Radiopharm Theranostics (where it was also known as RAD-206) and is now under development by Lantheus Holdings following an in-license acquisition[2][3][5][9].
