Overview

LOAd713 is an oncolytic adenovirus designed to block IL-6R signaling and provide myeloid cell activation via a trimerized membrane-bound isoleucine zipper (TMZ) CD40L. It is primarily aimed at treating cancers connected to IL-6 signaling, such as pancreatic cancer. LOAd713 can kill infected tumor cells and modulate the tumor microenvironment by reducing factors involved in stroma formation and promoting immune responses.
