Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Locobase REPAIR Cream is a topical emollient cream formulated to restore and maintain the skin's natural barrier function. It is composed of a blend of skin-identical lipids, including ceramides, cholesterol, and fatty acids, along with occlusive agents such as petrolatum and paraffinum liquidum. This combination helps to reduce trans-epidermal water loss, replenish essential skin components, and accelerate the skin's natural repair processes. It is indicated for the management of very dry, sensitive, and damaged skin, including conditions like atopic eczema, chapped lips, and as a complementary treatment following procedures such as CO2 laser skin resurfacing. The cream is designed to be fragrance-free, hypoallergenic, and non-comedogenic, making it suitable for sensitive skin across all age groups.
