Londar

**Londar** is an oral fixed-dose antihypertensive combination marketed by Bruno Farmaceutici in Italy. It contains candesartan cilexetil, an angiotensin II type 1 receptor blocker; amlodipine, an L-type calcium-channel blocker; and hydrochlorothiazide, a thiazide diuretic that inhibits the renal sodium-chloride symporter. It is authorized for substitution treatment of essential hypertension in adults whose blood pressure is already adequately controlled with the three components given concurrently at the same doses.
