Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Long-Mix is an injectable anabolic-androgenic steroid (AAS) blend developed by DEK Pharma. It is formulated as a high-concentration (450 mg/ml) solution containing three long-acting testosterone esters: testosterone enanthate, testosterone cypionate, and testosterone decanoate. As a combination of testosterone derivatives, Long-Mix acts as an agonist of the androgen receptor, promoting anabolic effects such as muscle protein synthesis and nitrogen retention, as well as maintaining male secondary sexual characteristics. The inclusion of multiple long-chain esters is designed to provide a sustained release of testosterone into the systemic circulation, allowing for stable hormonal levels with a reduced frequency of administration compared to short-acting formulations. It is primarily utilized in the context of hormone replacement therapy for hypogonadism and in performance enhancement settings.
