Overview

Longqi Keli (龙芪颗粒) is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) granule developed and manufactured by Hubei Wushi Pharmaceutical. Approved in China in 2009 as a Class 6 TCM new drug, the formulation is composed of three active herbal and animal-derived ingredients: *Astragalus membranaceus* (Huangqi), *Ligusticum chuanxiong* (Chuanxiong), and *Pheretima* (Dilong). It is indicated for the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome during the recovery period of ischemic stroke (cerebral infarction). Clinically, it functions to replenish qi, activate blood circulation, extinguish wind, and unblock collaterals.
