Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Longupinn (also referred to as Long Up) is a topical emulsion spray developed by INNventa Pharm for the management of premature ejaculation and the prolongation of sexual intercourse. The formulation contains a combination of natural active ingredients, including Zanthoxylum bungeanum fruit extract (Zanthalene®) and clove oil (Eugenia caryophyllus oil), enriched with aloe barbadensis leaf juice and bisabolol. Zanthalene® acts as a natural desensitizer by activating and subsequently depleting TRPV1 and TRPA1 receptors, which reduces the transmission of sensory stimuli. Clove oil serves as a natural local anesthetic, with its primary component eugenol inhibiting voltage-gated sodium channels in peripheral neurons. Together, these components temporarily reduce penile hypersensitivity to delay the ejaculation reflex without causing systemic side effects.
