**LTM1201LB** is an investigational oral co-administration regimen of **lorcaserin** and **buspirone** evaluated by Brigham and Women's Hospital for obstructive sleep apnea. The regimen was designed to pharmacologically increase hypoglossal motor nucleus output and upper-airway dilator-muscle activity during sleep, thereby reducing sleep-related pharyngeal collapse. Lorcaserin is a selective serotonin 2C receptor agonist, while buspirone has high affinity for serotonin 1A receptors and moderate affinity for dopamine D2 receptors. LTM1201LB was evaluated as one of several pharmacologic interventions in the completed Phase 1/2 OSA12 study.
