lorundrostat + SGLT2 inhibitor

A combination of **lorundrostat**, a highly selective oral aldosterone synthase inhibitor, and an **SGLT2 inhibitor** (commonly dapagliflozin) used for the treatment of **hypertension** and **chronic kidney disease (CKD)** with albuminuria. Lorundrostat inhibits CYP11B2 (aldosterone synthase), reducing aldosterone levels and thus lowering blood pressure and proteinuria.
