Overview

The Low-Accelerating-Dose Regimen (LADR) is a treatment strategy that combines pegylated interferon alpha-2a and ribavirin. This regimen was developed to address hepatitis C virus (HCV) recurrence in patients who have undergone liver transplantation, particularly in contexts where access to newer direct-acting antiviral therapies might be limited.
