**LP002 + OH2** is a combination therapy consisting of **LP002**, a humanized anti-PD-L1 monoclonal antibody, and **OH2**, an oncolytic virus derived from genetically engineered Human herpes virus type 2 (HSV-2). This regimen is under clinical investigation for advanced solid tumors, particularly in patients with advanced colorectal cancer and other malignant digestive tract tumors who have failed at least second-line standard therapy. LP002 is administered intravenously and targets PD-L1, blocking its interaction with PD-1 to restore anti-tumor immunity. OH2 is administered as an intratumoral injection and selectively infects and lyses tumor cells while stimulating immune activation within the tumor microenvironment. The combination aims to convert immunologically "cold" tumors to "hot" by enhancing T cell and B cell infiltration and modulating the tumor immune microenvironment for robust antitumor effects. Early-phase trials indicate safety and promising efficacy, with ongoing development in phase I clinical studies.[1][2][5]
