LP0113

**LP0113** was an investigational topical fixed-dose aerosol spray developed by LEO Pharma for psoriasis vulgaris. It combined calcipotriol, a vitamin D receptor agonist, with betamethasone dipropionate, a glucocorticoid receptor agonist, to reduce psoriatic inflammation and abnormal keratinocyte proliferation. In the completed Phase 2a LP0113-1123 plaque-test study, LP0113 was evaluated against vehicle, the individual active ingredients in the same spray vehicle, Daivobet gel, and LEO 90100 aerosol foam; LP0113 is therefore distinct from the comparator product LEO 90100.
