LPGVHD-03

LPGVHD-03 is a preclinical-stage biologic candidate being developed by Lysatpharma for the treatment of Graft-versus-Host Disease (GvHD). It is a lysate-based cell preparation composed of bioactive components extracted from specific cell populations. Unlike traditional live-cell therapies, LPGVHD-03 utilizes a cell-free approach, aiming to harness the therapeutic potential of intracellular and membrane-bound factors—such as cytokines and growth factors—while avoiding the logistical and safety challenges associated with viable cell administration. Although the specific molecular targets remain undisclosed, the mechanism of action is centered on immunomodulation to mitigate the systemic inflammatory response characteristic of GvHD.
