Overview

LPH-1xx is a preclinical-stage, selective small-molecule agonist of the serotonin 5-HT2A receptor (5-HT2AR) being developed by Lophora. Originating from Lophora's drug discovery platform, which focuses on the rational engineering of selective 5-HT2A agonists with optimized drug-like properties, LPH-1xx is designed to target central nervous system (CNS) disorders. The compound is currently in preclinical development for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases and substance abuse.
