LPRA-01

LPRA-01 is an investigational biologic candidate being developed by Lysatpharma for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. It belongs to a novel class of therapeutics based on bioactive lysates, which are preparations containing bioactive components extracted from specific cell types using a proprietary, patented process. The mechanism of action involves leveraging the immunomodulatory and regenerative properties of these cellular extracts to target the underlying inflammatory processes in rheumatoid arthritis. As of the current development stage, the specific molecular targets and the exact cellular source of the lysate have not been publicly disclosed. LPRA-01 is currently in preclinical development and represents a shift toward cell-derived, rather than whole-cell, therapeutic interventions.
