Overview

LQ095 is a long-acting bispecific antibody designed to simultaneously target and inhibit OX40 ligand (OX40L) and tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNFα). Developed for the treatment of chronic immune-mediated skin diseases, specifically hidradenitis suppurativa (HS), LQ095 aims to address the suboptimal efficacy of current monotherapies by synergistically suppressing inflammatory pathways. Preclinical studies have demonstrated that LQ095 binds both targets with high affinity and inhibits their signaling more effectively than corresponding benchmark monoclonal antibodies. In human DC/T cell coculture assays, it significantly suppressed GM-CSF production. Furthermore, LQ095 has shown a favorable pharmacokinetic profile in non-human primates, with a half-life extended two to three times compared to traditional monoclonal antibodies, supporting its potential as a long-acting therapeutic option.
