LR19023

LR19023 is an investigational next-generation allogeneic chimeric antigen receptor T cell (allo-CAR-T) therapy being developed by LG Chem and its oncology subsidiary AVEO Oncology for the treatment of solid tumors.[1][4][10] Preclinical programs describe LR19023 as a “universal” allo-CAR-T product intended to deliver immunologic cytotoxicity and functional T-lymphocyte replacement in oncology, with the specific tumor antigen target remaining undisclosed.[4][10] The therapy is currently in preclinical development, with animal model studies ongoing to validate its antitumor activity and to advance a solid tumor-focused cell therapy platform.[1][4][9][13]
