Drug intelligence / Profile preview
LR19157 is a preclinical small molecule inhibitor targeting the CBP/p300 (CREB-binding protein and p300) acetyltransferase activity. Developed by AVEO Oncology (an LG Chem company), it is being investigated for the treatment of Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). CBP and p300 are closely related transcriptional co-activators that play critical roles in cell growth and differentiation; their dysregulation is often implicated in various hematological malignancies. By inhibiting these targets, LR19157 aims to modulate gene expression patterns that drive leukemic cell proliferation.
