Drug intelligence / Profile preview
LSAM-TKIs is a preclinical-stage therapeutic program developed by NanOlogy, utilizing their proprietary Large Surface Area Microparticle (LSAM) technology. This platform involves the production of pure drug microparticles with a high surface area, which are then formulated into a sterile suspension for intratumoral injection. The goal of LSAM-TKIs is to deliver tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) directly into solid tumors, allowing for high local drug concentrations and sustained release while minimizing systemic toxicity. This approach aims to improve the therapeutic index of TKIs in the treatment of various solid tumors.
