LSCCB-PtNNN is an investigational platinum-based small molecule antineoplastic agent developed by Jinbo Pharmaceutical (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. As a next-generation platinum compound, it is designed to overcome resistance mechanisms associated with traditional platinum therapies like cisplatin and oxaliplatin. The drug functions by forming DNA adducts, leading to DNA cross-linking, inhibition of DNA replication and transcription, and ultimately inducing apoptosis in cancer cells. It is currently being evaluated in early-phase clinical trials to determine its safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy in patients with various solid malignancies.
